While it can be effective for many men, Cenforce Soft is not suitable for everyone. There are certain individuals who should avoid taking this medication due to potential health risks or contraindications. Who Should NOT Take Cenforce Soft? 1. People Taking Nitrates or Nitroglycerin: Nitrates are often prescribed for angina (chest pain) or other heart-related conditions. Common examples include medications like nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, or Cenforce Soft mononitrate. Cenforce Soft (and other PDE5 inhibitors) can lower blood pressure, and when combined with nitrates, it can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure, which can lead to fainting, stroke, or even heart attack. If you are using nitrate medications, you should NOT take Cenforce Soft. 2. Individuals with Severe Heart Conditions: Severe heart conditions (such as heart failure, recent heart attack, unstable angina, or severe arrhythmias) may make the use of sildenafil unsafe.
