Hey, When I went to the Air Algerie Sales Office in Montreal to get help with my ticket, I was greeted by courteous and helpful staff. Clear explanations of the luggage, ticket change, and cancellation policies were provided. However, the process was frustrating because the waiting time was longer than anticipated. Changes were costly because the cancellation costs appeared to be rather hefty. Nevertheless, my request was answered quickly by the staff, and my problem was fixed.
