Vidalista, a medication commonly used to treat erectile dysfunction, can pose a risk of overdose if taken in excess. The active ingredient in Vidalista is tadalafil, which works by increasing blood flow to the penis. When taken as prescribed, it is generally safe and effective. However, exceeding the recommended dosage can lead to serious side effects.

The typical starting dose of VIDALISTA is 10 mg, taken as needed, at least 30 minutes before sexual activity. The maximum recommended dose is 20 mg per day. Taking more than the prescribed amount can lead to a range of side effects, including headaches, dizziness, nausea, chest pain, priapism (a prolonged and painful erection), and a sudden drop in blood pressure. In some cases, an overdose can result in severe cardiovascular complications, including heart attack or stroke, particularly for individuals with pre-existing heart conditions.

It’s crucial to follow the dosage instructions provided by your healthcare provider to avoid these risks. If an overdose is suspected or any severe side effects occur, immediate medical attention is required.

To minimize the risk of overdose, Vidalista should not be taken with certain medications, including nitrates or alpha-blockers, without a doctor's supervision. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting or adjusting the dosage of any medication.
